Item dispatch time will vary slightly, depending on your order! I aim to get most orders shipped out in 1-4 days.

Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship out to you. This is because custom art will have to be made especially for you!

UK shipping can be super fast! Shipped orders usually arrive the next working day, however, it may take 1-3 working days & up to 1 week during busier times.

International shipping usually takes around 10 working days, but can take up to 2 months on occasion.

Please contact me at pollygone@yahoo.com with your order number. We can only accept returns that are in the original packaging and quality, 30 days after purchase. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
